Warming Center/Shelter
Updates will be listed below original postWarming centers/shelters are opening up in surrounding counties. We will update this post as we see more openings. If you are without power and need a place to stay warm, please use extreme caution when traveling to any of these locations. Some require you call in first before going. See details in attached pictures and reach out to these locations specifically as we cannot answer any questions related to these. We are simply passing along information to anyone in need. Stay safe!
UPDATES: Eubank Park Events “As of right now the Eubank Senior Center has electric.If you or a loved one is needing a warm place to go you are more then welcome to come there. If you are needing transportation call the non emergency 911 # at 606-678-5008.”

Items we are in need of for our baby boutique:
- Preemie girl clothes
- Newborn Girls winter clothes
- 0-3 mo. Girls winter clothes
- 3-6 mo. Girls winter clothes
- 12-18mo. Girls winter clothes
- 18-24 mo. Girls winter clothes
- Preemie boy clothes
- Newborn Boys winter clothes
- 0-3 mo. Boys winter clothes
- 9-12 mo. Boys winter clothes
- Small nursing bras
- XXL maternity clothes
- XS maternity clothes
- Large baby items especially infant car seats, toddler beds, pack-n-plays & cribs, etc.
- New items for men and women’s goody bags- soap, lotion, deodorant, etc.
We are always in need of large baby items, infant car seats, diapers, wipes, good start formula, baby soap, and baby lotion. We can provide a tax recipt for your donations. Check out our Donation Policy to learn about items we can and cannot accept.

Haven Care Center has so much to be thankful for this Thanksgiving. We truly appreciate every donation, volunteer, staff, and even interaction on our website and Facebook. We are very blessed to have such incredible community support to help make a difference in our clients’ lives. We are so thankful for you and everything you do for the center.

COVID-19 UPDATE
Haven Care Center will be closed as of Monday, October 5th, for one week, as we follow COVID 19 guidelines from CDC along with our local health department. Our facility will reopen Monday, October 12th, after we deep clean and disinfect for everyone’s safety. Thank you for your understanding, and we will get through this together. Our phone lines are still available at 859 236 9282, where a staff member will assist you. Prayers are greatly appreciated.

We Are Medical
As of April 13th, 2020 Haven Care Center is officially medical! We can now provide limited onsite ultrasounds. Through this opportunity, we have the ability to carry on our mission and continue to support our clients at our location. We are so excited to begin our medical journey and explain our services to our wonderful clients. To show our gratitude, we have created, along with JossyBelle Boutique, a complimentary t-shirt with our beautiful Haven logo available in a variety of colors. A suggested donation of $20 will be gratefully accepted along with your order.
